Mostly Sunny & Warmer Than Normal Through Thursday, Only A Small Chance For T-Storms

High pressure will build over the state of Wyoming today and will remain settled over the region on Wednesday and Thursday.  There will also be a limited supply of subtropical moisture that flows into far southern Wyoming during this time.  Expect sunny to mostly sunny skies with warmer and above normal temperatures today, Wednesday, and Thursday.  Daytime highs will remain in the 80’s to lower 90’s.  Expect a chance for isolated showers and thunderstorms today, mainly across central and southern portions of the state.  Conditions will then stay mainly dry on Wednesday.  There will be only a minimal chance for showers and thunderstorms on Thursday for southeastern Wyoming, while the rest of the state stays mainly dry.  Winds will also become breezy to gusty at times on Wednesday and Thursday, but no significant gusting is expected.  By Friday, slightly cooler temperatures and a better chance for showers and thunderstorms will arrive throughout the state.
